These Terms of Service govern your use of the FrendaVPN mobile application, website, backend services, VPN servers, and related services.

FrendaVPN provides a virtual private network service that allows users to connect to VPN servers through the FrendaVPN Android application.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use VPN services in your country or location. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FrendaVPN complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FrendaVPN for illegal activities, fraud, spam, hacking, attacks, malware distribution, copyright infringement, harassment, or any activity that may damage, overload, or disrupt FrendaVPN infrastructure.

5. VPN Availability and Performance

FrendaVPN aims to provide reliable VPN access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

6. Free Access, Rewards, and Advertisements

FrendaVPN may offer free access or temporary premium access through rewarded ads or promotional features.

7. Premium Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through Google Play subscriptions. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play according to Google Play’s payment and refund policies.

8. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. We do not directly process your payment card details.

9. Service Limitations and Fair Use

To protect service quality, FrendaVPN may apply fair use limits, connection limits, device limits, speed limits, server load limits, or other technical restrictions.

10. No Misuse of VPN Service

You must not use FrendaVPN to hide illegal activity, attack networks, evade lawful enforcement, or violate the rights of others.

11. Privacy

Your use of FrendaVPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

FrendaVPN, including its name, logo, design, software, backend systems, and related content, is owned by or licensed to FrendaVPN.

13. Updates and Changes

We may update the app, servers, pricing, features, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the VPN service.

15. Disclaimer

FrendaVPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
